Wine Review: This opaque and very deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Titus opens with a mochaccino and black currant bouquet with hints of toasted oak, Dalmatie fig, and olive. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, very smooth, fresh, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is an oak influenced red plum and boysenberry blend with notes of oolong tea and menthol. We also detected hints of black pepper and crushed stone. The finish is dry and its flavors, acidity, and managed tannins build-up and linger for a while. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cab with cranberry duck, Hunter's stew, or with a German chocolate cake. Enjoy - KWGTP
