Wine Review: This slightly opaque dark purple colored wine opens with an aromatic black cherry and vanilla bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, soft, and smooth. The flavor profile is a muted, yet juicy blueberry with notes of integrated mild oak and black raspberry. The finish is dry and its dusty moderate tannins are slightly prolonged. This wine is quite approachable and would pair well ragu bolognese. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Gorgeous deep purple hue and aromas of ripe bing cherry and berry fruit. Like swallowing a whole bowl of mixed ripe berries at once. Big body yet very balanced, with luscious layers of raspberry and cherry that quickly move to an intense dark chocolate finish. Pairs well with grilled meats such as beef and pork, smoked ham, and even pizza with meat toppings.
