Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Three Sticks opens with a fragrant black raspberry and freshly turned topsoil bouquet with hints of dried strawberry, dark chocolate, and black tea. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and bright. The flavor profile is mild red raspberry and loamy earth blend with notes of red cherry and Earl grey tea. We also detected hints of craisin and nutmeg. The finish is dry, and its flavors and moderate tannins are nicely extended. The Tasting Panel would pair this Pinot with red wine and mushroom pork tenderloin or with a mushroom risotto. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: We've poured our heart and soul into this bottling as a heartfelt farewell to this special wine. Cinnamon spice and red cherry will melt in your mouth, coupled with a hint of zesty cranberry and sarsaparilla. This is a wine meant to be savored.
