Wine Review: This translucent and pale straw-colored Chardonnay from Three Sticks opens with a toasted coconut and butterscotch bouquet with a hint of pineapple, mango, and gardenia. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, mouthwatering and bright. The flavor profile is butterscotch and lemon-lime blend with notes of chalky minerality, marzipan and toasted oak. We also detected some hints of saline and honeycomb. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Chard with butter poached sea bass. Enjoy – KWGTP
