Wine Review: This pale gold colored Chardonnay from Three Sticks opens with a faint bouquet of Granny Smith apple and pineapple upside down cake with hints of lime and breezes from the seashore. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with nicely integrated medium acidity. It is clean and bright. The flavor profile is very tasty pineapple and lime blend with notes of saline and mild butterscotch. We also detected hints of oak and vanilla cake. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity go on and on for a very long time. The Panel would not hesitate to enjoy this Chard on its own. With food they would pair it with oysters, fried coconut shrimp, or ceviche. Enjoy – KWGTP
