Wine Review: This medium garnet colored Pinot Noir from Three Stick is impressive. It opens with a gentle red plum and red cherry, bouquet with hints of strawberry, florals, and cigar box. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, bright and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is tasty stony minerality and red plum blend with notes of strawberry and dried leaves. We also detected hints of nutmeg and stony minerality. The finish is dry, and its moderate tannins linger for quite time. The Tasting Panel would pair this Pinot with crispy duck with plum applesauce or smoked barbecue chicken. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The 2019 vintage boasts sweet cherry, rose petal, and cedar aromas, while blackberry, cacao nib, and sandalwood on the palate move to a silky finish that demands another sip. We believe this bottling honors its namesake perfectly, full of grace and natural beauty.
