Wine Review: This dark pink colored Rose from Three Stick comes in a unique 750 ml bottle. It opens with a wet stone, tangerine and watermelon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and rather dry. The flavor profile is a flinty mineral influenced gentle green tea with notes of herbs and red cherry. The finish remains dry and drifts away nicely. This Rose is for those that like a drier styled wine. It develops nicely in the glass with a little swirling. I would serve it slightly chilled with chilled shrimp cocktail. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Stunning in color and invigorating on the palate, there’s nothing more refreshing or fitting for warm weather. This vibrant Rose embodies the lush aromatics of Marsanne, Grenache Blanc and Viognier, while Syrah and Grenache provide the perfect backbone. It displays characteristics of fresh strawberry flower and golden raspberries A fleeting summer treat!
