Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Three Sticks was our favorite from a recent mini-tasting that we conducted. It opens with an inviting blueberry and mild strawberry bouquet with hints of sea breeze, cranberry and cinnamon. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium acidity. We also found it to be balanced, smooth and silky. The flavor profile is a very tasty red plum and blood orange blend with notes of red raspberry. We also detected hints of minerality and apple skin mixed in. The finish is dry and extended with dusty tannins that fade away nicely. We would suggest pairing this impressive Pinot with fresh Norwegian sliced salmon or if you prefer a cooked meal, go with a baked honey and garlic glazed salmon. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This is the newest vineyard addition to our Price Family Estates portfolio, and we are keenly stoked with the quality of fruit and the wild expressive wine it produces. The 2018 is the perfect representation of what Bill, our Founder, Rob, our Vineyard Director, and Bob and Ryan, our Winemakers, wanted out of this site.
