Wine Review: This red colored Pinot Noir from Three sticks opens with an inviting black cherry bouquet with hint of cola, vanilla and a touch of strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth and a bit juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty red plum and mild graphite blend with notes of oak and nutmeg. We also detected hints of strawberry and tea. The finish is dry and its flavors and mild tannins drift away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this finesse Pinot Noir with a Mediterranean seafood stew with red snapper or orange roughy. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The Price Family Estates Pinot Noir is what we like to call our winemakers’ wine. Selecting the best grapes from each of our estate vineyards. We highlight the strengths of vineyards such as Walala, Durell, and Gap's Crown. The 2018 is lively on the palate with raspberry and rhubarb compote are coupled with black cherry. A mild barrel toast complements the fruit perfectly, with a long, luscious finish.
