Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Pinot Blanc from Three Sticks is Excellent! It opens with a lemon verbena and ginger bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium plus to full bodied, very well-balanced and silky. It wonderfully coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a tasty fine mineral infused green apple and almond blend with notes of mild lemon verbena and chamomile tea with a hint of honeydew melon at the end. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. I would pair this terrific Pinot Blanc with sautéed Chilean sea bass. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A white Burgundian cousin of Pinot Noir, our Pinot Blanc is known for its bright, refreshing characteristics. This unique varietal is pure elegance – with subtle notes of Asian pears and a minerality that provides a structure and nuance. More neutral than oak, our Acacia barrel regimen adds a soft and delicate toast. The 2018 is both elevated and understated.
