Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir opens with an inviting strawberry and mild black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, it is medium bodied with medium acidity. We found it to be balanced and polished. The flavor profile is a tasty spiced black plum and oak blend with notes of strawberry and pomegranate. We also detected hints of cinnamon and oolong tea. The finish is dry and its flavors and fine-grained tannins drift away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing it with a grilled Colorado lamb chop or a crown roast of pork. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Our Gap's Crown Pinot is rich and boisterous. One of our best candidates for long-term cellaring, this Pinot is full of savory notes that converge into mouthwatering black cherry, Earl Grey tea, and gingerbread. We are infatuated.
