Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Three Sticks is very nice. It opens with a fragrant boysenberry and cola bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is a plum and cola blend with notes of red cherry. I also detected hints of orange pekoe tea and just a touch of caramel nips at the very end. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Pinot would pair nicely with Peking duck. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The 2017 is a savory wine that displays a full, lush body with hints of dark chocolate and cardamom. Complex and powerful, our Walala is always one to remember.
