Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cab opens with a fragrant and attractive black cherry bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, soft, and silky. The flavor profile is a tasty fruit forward black cherry with hints of vanilla oak and black raspberry. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are fine and slightly prolonged. This Cab would pair well with filet mignon in the near term. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: There are loads of plush wild berry on the nose. On the palate, we find a hint of chocolate and black cherry with a touch of cassis followed by an aroma of roasted coffee and sweet oak. The prolonged finish is silky and vigorously lush.
