Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from Washington State was well received by the panel. It opens with a mild green apple bouquet with floral notes and hints of lemon. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic, delicate and barely sweet. The flavor profile is a gentle peach and green apple blend with hints of minerality, honey and pineapple. The finish is semi-dry and lingers and lasts for a while. The panel suggested pairing this very good Riesling with a seafood casserole or cashew chicken. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This Riesling is off-dry and incredibly bright with aromas of peach, nectarine, orange blossom and honey. The palate is full of juicy stone fruit flavors and finishes with a bit of clove spiciness.
