Wine Review: This Maraschino cherry colored wine from Three opens with a watermelon bouquet with a hint of damp earth. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slight acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced strawberry with hints of watermelon. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Rose would pair well with Rick’s chilled shrimp cocktail.
