Wine Review: This pitch black colored blend from Three opens with a black raspberry and boysenberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is an oak influenced mineral and black cherry blend with hints of olive and mocha. The finish is dry and its mild tannins and flavors fade away nicely. This wine is food friendly and would pair well with pork ribs. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Deep purple/black color and piercing, high-toned aromas of boysenberry violets and dark plum. Massive on the attack, showing off all of its 100+ year-old-vine pedigree. Packed with crushed black fruits and black cherry liqueur. The finish remains firm and vibrant. Drink now (hard not to), or lay down for up to a decade.
