Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Zin based blend from Three Winery opens with a black raspberry bouquet with a hint of cranberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, juicy and fruit forward. The flavor profile is tasty red plum and mild minerality with notes of black cherry and blackberry. I also detected some hints of cranberry as well. The finish is dry and its moderate dusty tannins stick around for a little while. This wine would pair well pork tenderloin and figs. Enjoy - KWGTP
