Wine Review: This slightly opaque and deep ruby colored GSM opens with a mild black raspberry bouquet with a hint of cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and nicely balanced between its fruit and acidity. The flavor profile is a tasty black raspberry and red plum blend with notes of Acai berry. I also detected hints of chai tea in the aftertaste. The finish is dry and its fine tannins and pleasant fruit flavors drift away nicely. This is a really nice offering that will appeal to Zin fans. It is easy to quaff and is also very food friendly. I would pair this GSM with Firefly's St. Louis Ribs. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Bright crimson in color with purple highlights at the edge of the glass. The nose is lifted and draws you in with ripe plum, mulberry and white pepper. The palate is plush and vibrant with cherries, forest fruits and enticing spice. Mid-weight and juicy this classic GSM finishes with long, velvety tannins.
