Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon blend opens with a boysenberry, bouquet with hints of stewed plum, wet stone and mushrooms. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, round, juicy and elegant. The flavor profile is a mild mineral and black currant blend notes of cocoa powder. We also detected hints of black plum, vanilla and oak mixed in. The finish is dry and moderate well-managed tannins build-up slightly. The Panel would pair this Cab blend with Roy’s rib roast or a bone in ribeye steak with Yorkshire pudding. Enjoy – KWGTP
