Wine Review: This almost clear colored Symphony wine from Theopolis opens with a lemon grass, lychee, and saline bouquet with hints of gardenia and honeydew melon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, silky, and fresh. The flavor profile is a lychee and chalky minerality blend with notes of lime, grapefruit, and white pepper. We also detected hints of saline and Meyer lemon.
