Wine Review: This blood orange colored wine from Theopolis opens with a mild watermelon and cola like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and round. The flavor profile is a cherry-cola and mild chocolate blend with hints of blood orange and mild strawberry in the background. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This is a red drinkers Rose and would pair very nicely with pork dishes. I would choose a pork tenderloin slider. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This 2016 vintage of our Estate Grown Dry Rose of Petite Sirah has fabulous aromas of rose petals, cranberries and fresh cherries. Stunning fruit flavors burst on the palate, balanced by nice acidity, and lingering to a clean, mouthwatering and long finish for a Rose.
