Wine Review: This very pale straw-colored Pinot Grigio opens with a bouquet of honeysuckle, toasted marshmallow, gooseberry, and lychee. On the palate, it is medium bodied with medium acidity. The flavor profile is a blend of nectarine and delicate lime on entry followed by notes of nectarine pit, honeysuckle and chalky minerality towards the finish. We feel this is a nice poolside sipper.
