Wine Review: This light red colored Pinot Noir opens with a red raspberry and cola bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with gentle acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and round. The flavor profile is a loam and pomegranate blend with notes of mild red raspberry. I also detected hints of Maraschino cherry, chalky minerality and grenadine. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity show nice length. I would pair this earthy styled Pinot with stuffed mushrooms. Enjoy – Ken
