Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Franc opens with an inviting black cherry and blackberry bouquet with hints of oolong tea and slate. Lastly, there was also just a whiff of a pink Canada wintergreen mint at the very end. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well-balanced and polished. The flavor profile is a mineral infused black plum and black cherry blend with notes of oak and blackberry. We also detected some hints of prune and spice towards the end. The finish is dry and refined tannins build-up and linger and last for quite a long time. This wine has some staying power. I would pair this Cab Franc with veal chop. Enjoy – Ken and Dave

Winemaker Notes: Color: Deep, dark black olive with touches of fuchsia, bubblegum and orchid on the rim.
On the Nose: Explosion of cedar, pepper and pencil shavings with minerality, fresh blackberry, paprika, pomegranate and mulberry.
On the Palate: Fresh entrance evolving on a structured mid-palate lingering on dark fruit and acid.
