Wine Review: This opaque and deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a blueberry and boysenberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, very well-balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is black currant and oak blend with notes of Baker’s chocolate. We also detected hints of black olive, black cherry and black licorice. The finish is dry and its moderate well-tannins stick around for quite some time. The Panel would pair this Cab with porterhouse steak. Enjoy – KWGTP
