Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir opens with fragrant strawberry bouquet with hints of red currant and faint oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is mild red plum and gentle black raspberry with notes of light old oak. I also detected hints of minerality and red cherry. The finish is dry and its fine tannins drift away nicely. This Pinot is very food friendly and would pair well with smoked salmon crostini. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of bing cherry, fresh raspberry, and cranberry. Medium-bodied, the wine features excellent acidity and a lingering finish.
