Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet opens with an inviting black cherry bouquet with a hint of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild black currant with notes of minerality and a hint of boysenberry. I also detected some old oak towards the end. The finish is dry and its well managed mild tannins are food friendly. This Cab would pair well with beef wellington. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Deep burgundy in color and full-bodied, this impressive Cabernet Sauvignon presents black cherry, currant and vanilla spice aromas. Soft, well integrated tannins and a velvety texture combine with delicious flavors of black cherry, ripe raspberry, and a hint of clove for a powerful palate and a lingering finish. Balanced acidity makes this wine a perfect match with your favorite recipe or seasonal dish.
