Wine Review: This golden yellow colored Chenin Blanc opens with a ginger and chamomile tea bouquet with a hint of honey. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is rich and zesty. The flavor profile is a ripe Anjou pear and ginger blend with notes of chamomile tea, tart grapefruit, and white pepper. I also detected hints of chalky minerality and green apple. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Chenin Blanc would pair well with oysters. Enjoy - Ken
