Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chenin Blanc from South Africa opens with green apple bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a gentle Anjou pear and green apple blend with notes of lemon verbena. There is also nicely integrated mild minerality throughout. The finish is dry and its flavors and faint acidity lingers nicely. This Chenin will be a crowd pleaser and easy to quaff. Serve it at your next party with mini quiche Lorraine appetizers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A pleasing Chenin Blanc for any occasion, this luxurious bottling offers notes of honeysuckle and citrus which are balanced by a bright, seamless acidity. A true crowd-pleaser!
