Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc from Terrapura is quite a value. It opens with a fragrant lime and grapefruit like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp, fresh, and lively. It flavor profile is a slightly tart lime with splash of grapefruit. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. This very affordable Sauvignon Blanc would pair very well with a lemon drizzled broiled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intense aromas of tropical fruits, with a delicate hint of vegetable. Good concentration on the palate, with citrus flavors. Perfect as an aperitif it can also accompany fish and seafood, salty pastries and pastas.
