Wine Review: This pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from Chile opens with a wet stone and white grapefruit bouquet on the nose. On the palate, it displays nice acidity and is well-balanced. The flavor profile is a nice blend of lime and white grapefruit with notes of pineapple and mango. It is well-made though a different style from what we normally enjoy. We would serve this Sauvignon Blanc with muscles, oysters, or clams on the half shell. - Karen and Stu
Winemaker Notes: Intense aromas of tropical fruits, with an elegant hint of flowers, making this wine very delicate. On the palate it is fresh and fruity with good acidity. Terrapura Sauvignon Blanc is perfect as an aperitif, but also is a fine accompaniment to fish, seafood, white-sauce pasta dishes and salty foods.
