Wine Review: This deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a cherry-cola and eucalyptus bouquet with hints of blueberry and mint. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with nicely integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, super smooth and dusty. The flavor profile is a blackberry and black cherry blend with notes of stone dust, oak, and black tea. We also detected hints of clove, cinnamon, and red currant. The finish is dry, and its bold and dusty tannins have very nice sustaining length. The Tasting Panel would enjoy this Cab by itself on a cold winter's night. With food, we recommend decanting this big boy before serving it with Roy's rib roast or a leg of lamb. Enjoy - KWGTP
