Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Terra Valentine is very good and will not last long once opened. It features an attractive mild ruby grapefruit bouquet with hints of guava and lychee. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, round and juicy with a touch of elevated acidity that makes it mouthwatering as well. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild yellow grapefruit and nectarine pit blend with hints of lime, unripe pineapple and ginger. The finish is dry and drifts away nicely. This Sauvignon Blanc is very food friendly and would pair well with Coquille St. Jacques. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Delicate aromas of lychee fruit, kumquat, jasmine and pineapple with hints of lemon zest, vanilla and citrus blossom that leap out of the glass with pure Sauvignon Blanc varietal character. On the palate, the bright and forward tropical fruit broadens onto the mid palate with soft acidity and candied lemon flavors that lead to a creamy richness that finishes long mingling the bright tropical fruit with some spice and toasted vanilla notes.
