Wine Review: This deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a fragrant red currant and black cherry bouquet with a hint of cranberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, very nicely balanced and super smooth. The flavor profile is a black currant and extracted blackberry blend with notes of oak, crushed stone and black pepper. I also detected hints of black olive and plum in the aftertaste. The finish is dry and its sticky tannins build-up and last for a very long time. This impressive Cabernet would pair quite nicely with a well-marbled ribeye steak. Enjoy - Ken
