Wine Review: This pitch-black colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with black currant and graphite bouquet with hints of pine pitch and black raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. It is also nicely balanced, round, and savory. This flavor profile is a black currant and graphite blend with notes of black cherry, espresso, and vanilla oak. The finish is dry and its acidity and dusty tannins have a nice extend length. The Panel would pair this Cab with slow cooked short ribs. Enjoy – KWGTP
