Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Terra Valentine was well received by our mini Tasting Panel. It opens with a black currant and black licorice bouquet with a hint of cigar box. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty blueberry with notes of coffee and minerality. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins have very extended length. The Panel suggested pairing this Cab with a ribeye steak or short ribs. Enjoy - KWGTP
