Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Terra Valentine was the winner of our first big blind tasting. It opens with a mild black raspberry bouquet with hints of eucalyptus. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced, silky and savory. The flavor profile is a very tasty plum and cola blend with notes of gentle oak and milk chocolate. The superb finish is dry and nicely extended. The Panel suggested pairing this beauty with Jeoff's pate or a veal chop. Enjoy – KWGTP
