Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Terra Valentine really impressed the Tasting Panel. It was a top finisher. It opens with a red plum and cinnamon bouquet with hints of black raspberry and cedar. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, smooth, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a chalky mineral influenced blackberry with notes of oak and plum. We also detected hints of dark chocolate and black raspberry mixed in. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins have nice staying power. The Panel suggested pairing this very good Cab with ribeye steak. Enjoy - KWGTP
