Wine Review: The very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a black currant and black cherry bouquet with hints of Baker’s chocolate and blueberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and rich. The flavor profile is a black currant and oak blend with nicely integrated minerality. I also detected hints cedar, blackberry and black tea. The finish is rather dry and its substantial tannins are very sticky. I would decant this Cab for an hour + and serve it with a well-marbled ribeye. Enjoy - Ken
