Wine Review: This Croatian Posip is blended with 15% Chardonnay and is a wonderfully versatile light white wine. In the glass, it is a light golden yellow colored with a tropical bouquet of pineapple, ripe yellow peach, banana taffy and rosemary. It is focused and crisp on the palate, with a medium body, medium acidity, and a really nice texture. The flavor profile is a savory and mineral driven apple and saline blend that is slightly peppery and has a hint of oregano. The finish is dry and moderate in length. Pair this Posip with grilled red snapper with a tropical fruit salsa. – Mark
