Wine Review: This white gold colored Pinot Grigio from Terlato is very good. It opens with a ginger ale and almond bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied and acidic. Yet it has a round and almost lush mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced ginger and Anjou pear blend. There are notes of white pepper, grapefruit and green apple mixed in as well. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Pinot Grigio is a nice summer option. I would pair it with swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our Pinot Grigio opens with bright aromas of white peach, pear and spring flowers. On the palate, it displays complex and layered flavors with ripe peach, apricot, and pear, a mouth filling texture and crisp mineral finish.
