Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark red colored wine opens with a new leather, cedar and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a very tasty tart black cherry and cedar plank blend with nicely integrated minerality. I also detected some notes of black olive and hints of black tea and plum. The finish is dry and its well-managed moderate tannins subtlety fade away. This wine is food friendly and would pair perfectly with Italian braciole. Enjoy - Ken
