Wine Review: This coral colored wine made from Nerello Mascalese opens with a mild Maraschino cherry and watermelon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced clementine and Maraschino cherry blend with notes of white pepper and a hint of watermelon at the end. The finish is dry and its fades away nicely. This Rose is food friendly and would pair well with Rick's shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken
