Wine Review: This bright gold-colored white wine from Sicily attracts with lavish spice notes on the nose, like coriander powder, dried thyme and fennel seed. Lime zest, bleu cheese and stone chip aromas are also present. On the palate the wine is light-bodied with generous ripe citrus and green melon flavors. The wine has medium-plus acidity, medium tannins, and no perceptible oak. The finish is dry and sustained and its low alcohol (12%) and juicy fruit flavors will have you reaching for a second glass. Serve with a board of hard and semi-hard cheeses. - Jeoff
Winemaker Notes: Antisa is the "wait", full of expectations and projects, dreams and trust. Our Catarratto is the most ancient, and "common" grape variety, typical of the Sicilian territory, but becoming rare. It's cultivated at Regaleali at over 900 meters above sea level for a unique aroma with hints of pink grapefruit.
