Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from the Edna Valley opens with an oak and cherry-cola bouquet with a hint of strawberry licorice. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balance and savory. The flavor profile is an oak influenced black raspberry with notes of black pepper, strawberry rhubarb, and spice. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins show very nice length. This Pinot would pair nicely with a pork tenderloin. Enjoy – Ken
