Wine Review: First of all, I love the attractive blue bottle that this Very Good wine comes in. It is pale yellow colored and opens with a fragrant white grape and floral bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly crisp, and a little lively. The flavor profile is a tangy ripe Anjou pear with notes of peach and a hint of apricot. The finish is semi-dry and is very refreshing on a hot summer day. This offering is a nice aperitif and would pair well with sliced green apples and sharp cheddar cheese or aged gruyere. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A crisp, semi-dry varietal wine with aromas of peaches and tropical fruits, finishing crisp and clean with hints of spice. Food Suggestions: Chicken, Seafood, Fresh Fruit, Cheeses
