Wine Review: This pale white gold colored blend from Susana Balbo opens with pine needles and peach pit bouquet with hints of lemon and white florals. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and silky. The flavor profile is lime and pink grapefruit blend with notes of white peach and lemon. We also picked up some hints of saline and tangerine. The finish is dry, and its flavors linger for quite a while. The Tasting Panel would suggest pairing this white blend with buttermilk fried walleye or with Asian noodles. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: It has many aromatic layers, with floral and citrus notes that combine with hints of fresh grass, white fruits and orange. In the mouth, floral, fresh and fruity flavors are in perfect balance with the unctuousness of a successful aging in barrels. A wine with a mineral, persistent finish and a great aging potential. Pair with fish, rabbit, Asian food and spicy sauces.
