Wine Review: This white gold colored blend from Argentina opens with a very fragrant ripe grapefruit bouquet with hints of lemon zest and ginger. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tart yellow grapefruit with notes of ripe mango and clementine. The finish is dry, refreshing and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. This wine would do well on its own. It would also pair well with swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: A very aromatic wine with floral and citrus notes combined with touches of fresh grass, white fruits and orange. In the mouth, floral flavors, fresh and fruity, combine perfectly with the unctuousness of a perfect aging in barrels. Its finish is mineral and persistent. Great potential for aging. Fish, rabbit, Asian food and hot sauces.
