Wine Review: This light coral colored wine from Susana Balbo is a very good value. It opens with a fragrant watermelon and fresh cut strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, pleasantly acidic, juicy and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced red cherry with notes of tangerine and lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Rose would be ideal to enjoy served slightly chilled on the beach this summer. I would pair it with grilled garlic lime shrimp. Enjoy - Ken
