Wine Review: This wine is dark pink colored with orange hues. It opens with a mineral infused watermelon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, vibrantly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused ginger ale with notes of watermelon and tangerine. I also detected a hint of Maraschino cherry. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This wine would pair nicely with bacon wrapped shrimp. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Deep, vibrant rose color. On the nose, it shows intense berries with reminiscences of wild strawberries. On the palate, the flavors of young cherries come rushing in. An amazing elegant finish rounds out the mouth. Pairs well with roasted chicken, fish, sushi and spicy food.
